Simple Sweet ‘n Sharp Broiled Toast Point Appetizers

A Delicious Pairing with Riesling

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Blue Cheese

Cream Cheese

Toasted Walnuts, Chopped

Directions:

Lightly toast cinnamon raisin bread slices; trim crusts, if desired.  Spread with cream cheese, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, top with toasted walnuts.

Toast under preheated broiler for a minute or two, just until cheese melts, watching carefully to prevent burning.

Cut toast into 4 triangles, and serve with chilled wine. Enjoy!
