Chicken Marsala Recipe
1 chicken breast, deboned and cut into strips
6-8 oz. fresh mushrooms
Sauté garlic lightly in butter and olive oil. Lightly flour the chicken and sauté in skillet with garlic.
After chicken is lightly browned, remove to oven-safe dish. Add additional butter to skillet and sauté mushrooms. Add ½ cup Marsala wine and simmer 3 minutes. Pour over chicken and bake, covered, 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
